Last tasting, a young cidrerie in Gouesnach with a delicious AOC selection and vergers (orchards) nearby. Lunch in the coast town of Concarneau (or Konk Kerné); choucrute with three types of poisson in a beurre blanc; the perfect winter maritime dish. Drive to Rennes, TGV to Paris. Dinner at Entrecôte in the 8th, quick drink with a friend at a winebar in the 2nd. CDG tomorrow morning and then home.
